The disclosure is made pursuant to art. 13 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 – Personal Data Protection Code for all Users who, interacting with the Site, provide the Administration of their personal data. The validity of the information contained in this page is limited to the Site, it self and does not extend to other websites which may be consulted by hyperlink.

The data will be processed by the Holder’s staff, after the appointment of employees and co-workers involved in the processing of the data. Any third party to whom the data may be disclosed for the purpose of carrying out processing operations related to the purposes specified in this information will be previously designated by the Holder as Responsible for processing pursuant to art. 29 of the Code on the Protection of Personal Data. The data will not be disseminated.

TYPE OF DATA TREATED AND THE PURPOSE OF THE TREATMENT
All personal data provided through the Site will be legally and fairly handled in order to provide the requested services as well as to respond to the communications and questions of the Users, always in pursuit of the Institutional aims of administration as provided for by Law.

The Site uses:

Under the same provision, the User may also request the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or the blocking of the data processed in violation of the law, and to oppose in any case, for legitimate reasons, their treatment. Requests must be addressed to the data controller for the processing of personal data.
